And so the day begins with COOKING for Josh.
Since he really does NOT like to eat. I try and do a VARIETY of things.
Sometimes it’ll be Korean food, sometimes the good old (my favorite) Western.
And sometimes a fusion dish of Asian style~
I think this was about three days ago when I made KIMBAP. I made them extra tiny for him…
“안먹어” was all I got. (I’m not eating it.)
So I ate every little piece!!!!!
Josh was not listening to me and pushed Andrea pretty hard one day. So we decided to give 도깨비 아져씨 a call. There’s this app in Korean that calls you and when you hand the phone over to your kids a scary monster talks to your kids about how they should listen to their parents and be good. 정말 도깨비 아져씨가 엄청 무섭게 말해서 그런지 도깨비 아져씨 이야기만 하면 이런 표정이다.
Josh and daddio fooling around before bed. (Fooling around? that sounds so weird.. maybe I’m messed up hahahaha)
Josh and his trucks.
Andrea and her FOOD.
I think this was about two days ago??
I don’t really remember but I tried. AND he said the same thing “안먹어”
Today we went to Fair price to get some eggs and on the way there we stopped by a little HDB playground.
However, this little punk did NOT want to play because there was NOBODY there.
He says playing by himself is BORING. OMG I can’t believe he’s grown this much to say that it’s boring.
At Fair Price!!! OMG I got a little excited cause it’s been about two years since I’ve seen something like this in an HDB complex!!!
Anyways, they were doing some kind of karaoke/performance/celebration thing and it was pretty cool.
It reminded me of when we lived in Yishun. Cause stuff like this went on almost every weekend. I hated it. REALLY hated it. But now it’s just a good old memory stuck back in the back of my brain somewhere.
This little one is now wanting to stand up and do things standing.
This little one wants to sleep perpendicular to all of us for some reason.
And this little one keeps getting her bum stuck between the bumper cushions and our mattress!!!!
We went back to the playground after the kids had a nap.
When we came back home we had some of the dried mangos that Jays mom had brought back from Vietnam.
Then daddio came home, we had dinner, the kids had a nice shower (our place doesn’t have a bath tub, just a shower booth) then the kids went to bed
I love that Andrea sleeps at 8pm and Josh at 9pm. I hope they keep this up for a while.
