I had to work today and visit Cafe Racer in Bukchon today. So I had lunch with Kaden (it’s right in front of his workplace) and then Kaden came to see where I took pictures and the location of the hotel I’m doing freelance work for. We had coffee and a glass of ade on the rooftop terrace that the coffee shop has and it was great!
Still can’t believe he’s turning 1 next month. I still remember getting in the car, going to the hospital to give birth to this little human like it was yesterday!
I decided to take out my Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF6 to film the kids while we are in Singapore. Now that we’re only going to be here for a few more months. I thought it’d be nice to film them playing and just keep a few video files so that we can take a trip down memory lane when ever we want to.
Today, Josh’s kindergarten had a National Day Celebration event at the school. We were to bring finger foods to the school to share so I made Pretzel covered chicken fingers that ”Giada at Home” made on the FoodNetwork. I had to wake up super early to make this but it was well worth it. Everyone seemed to enjoy it! Although waking up at 6am and making this was
On the last day of our trip 20160724 Sunday we checked out of the hotel early and headed out for breakfast. Most of the coffee shops and cafes don’t open early here in Malaysia. However we found that the Starbucks near Thomas Town at the harbour opened at 9AM on weekends. The kids were so cranky and tired from the day before… I felt bad not giving them anything to
Day 2 After a good nights sleep (well for the kids anyways, Kaden and I had trouble sleeping). We had a small breakfast from the little restaurant downstairs, then headed to Hellow Kitty Town.
Johor Bahru Malaysia 20160722-20160724 Our short little trip to Johor Bahru. It was so short I wished we stayed for one more day. On our way to the border. We went by car and in the line up at the border, I think I saw the biggest motorcycle count in one place. It really didn’t take us that long to get to the border or to cross it. The
On Saturday, we went to East Coast Park, Marine Cove the newly renovated, interactive playground. However, there were so many people that we mostly just played in the sand. At first Andrea really didn’t want to be in the sand, she wanted to be held most of the time and didn’t like getting sand in her sandals. Josh just started playing and didn’t really care.
Last weekend, Tayo the little Bus was in town for free shows at Marina Square. Seems like Singapore might be getting a Tayo play park like the Pororo Park at Marina Square.
The next day we decided to go check out the beach and then head to a good Crab steaming place to eat. This is what Han Hwa Resorts looks like from the outside. Andrea wouldn’t stop crying, so Kaden had to hold her for a while. Then off to the beach!!!!!!!!!
