It has been a while since I’ve cooked for the kids. Ever since we moved into our in-laws place I’ve kind of let go of cooking. Even for the kids. It was just anything that my mother in law cooked, we ate.
Lately, Josh has been starting to ask for the same thing over and over again. It was almost as if he was getting sick of the food he was eating and only wanted to eat one thing. So I decided to go out with Kaden, get some groceries and cook for the kids.
I started with a hand full of shrimp (uncooked, I used the frozen pack fro emart). Chopped up some onions, carrots and zucchini put it all into a bowl and mixed it with 1/4 spoon of minced garlic.
The amount of veggies must be less than the amount of chopped+minced shrimp meat.
Once all of the ingredients were put together and mixed, I scooped up one spoon full and put bread crumbs on it before putting each one on the frying pan.
Once everything is cooked, I put a little bit of organic ketchup on top for the kids.
Josh cleared his plate and had seconds. Andrea I guess just wasn’t very hungry.
