Spring Rolls

I was watching Jason Tastes Asia on the Asian Food Channel this morning and he went to a place where a lady was selling spring rolls from a very small lot. That totally made me want to have spring rolls. But I knew I didn’t have the ingredients I wanted. So I just took everything from the fridge and wrapped it with some rice noodles, fish sauce, hoisin sauce and sriracha sauce.


Lunch couldn’t get better than this!!!!
