So today I decided to make Shrimp Wontons at home for the kids. More like Shrimp Dimsum. It was super easy to make. I chopped up grey tiger shrimp (about 10 large ones), 1 white button mushroom, 1/3 of a carrot, 1 stem of green onion, 1/4 of a onion, 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 small egg yoke, 2 tablespoons of corn starch, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
