We went to Yeo Ju to say “hello” to Kaden’s grandparents. We went with my mother in law and the kids to say hi.
It took us around 1.5 hrs to get there and then on the way back about 2.5 hrs due to rush hour traffic.
It was such a nice day for the kids to make this trip out. It wasn’t too cold or too hot. It felt like autumn weather.
The kids have been in love with their Robo Car Poli Vitamin cases lately. They carry this thing everywhere they go.
This is Kaden’s grandma. My mother in-law’s mother. She’s such a happy soul. Full of so much love and joy.
We went to eat at a Korean style Chinese place just around the corner.
Josh didn’t eat much because he was car sick.
Andrea dropped a gummy bear but managed to pick it up and eat it.
Josh and his Robo Car Poli Vitamin case.
Josh and I were lucky enough to see a butterfly on our walk back. It was one of those that had an orange and black pattern. But I think it’s wing was broken or something cause it had a really hard time flying.
We also went to see Kaden’s grandpa (my mother-in-law’s father) at the senior home he was at. He’s not able to walk anymore or speak very clearly but it was clear to us that he was happy to see us. He was especially happy to see the kids. I was surprised at how Josh and Andrea were very well behaved while visiting.
Then we headed for Kaden’s other grandpa’s grave (my father-in-law’s dad).
Korean tradition, pouring liquor on top of the grave three times while visiting.
Josh and Andrea did the pouring.
Then we took some family photos and headed home.
Oh, Josh had a pee break before getting in the car.
Andrea thought this was amusing. LOL
