Bul Go Gi (marinated beef) for about 250g of beef:
2 tablespoons of less salt soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar or sweetener
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
Mix all of the above with the beef and marinate overnight.
When you’re ready to make the dish, stir-fry the marinated beef with vegetables of your choice. Dice them very finely before adding it to the frying pan. Stir fry everything together until cooked, serve on top of rice.
