Yesterday night, Josh said he was hungry but that he didn’t want to eat rice. So we decided to make Monte Cristos together. Its really easy. All you have to do is put together a ham and chess sandwich. Cut it into half (triangles) and then dip them into pancake batter and fry them!!! So easy right? I had chicken porridge for lunch today. After lunch, I made some Korean side dishes for Kaden’s lunch. I only made these two but ended up lying down beside the kids and taking a short nap with them. Very tired… but well worth it!
