Change
After finishing the Plate by Zumba™️ Coach program I wanted to make the change myself and test it out before I started uploading content. I also realized how much I needed to change my eating habits before doing anything. After getting my health examination results, I found I needed to be eating differently for anemia and for the blood sugar levels I had. I am not diabetic and I am

Living a New Norm
Josh has been doing online classes ever since the first week of school. Basically grade 2 started with online EBS classes and going to school once a week. Josh has been doing it since March. Andrea and Tyler both started their Montessori at home when the Government of Korea announced Social Distancing 2.5 in August. It hasn’t been easy from the beginning. Stacy’s Pita Chips
Last week, I was about to fall asleep and I remember Kaden saying something to me. He was showing me his iPhone and said something but I don’t quite remember. Starting last week, Andrea started her Montessori At Home from BCMA. BCMA came up with a brilliant idea (and I chose the word brilliant for a reason and I’ll tell you later why) to “extend” the Montessori approach and literally bring it to the home base. I was lucky enough to be able to talk to someone from the academy (one of the directors who came up with the idea

Homemade Cotton Face Masks
Life right now, in Korea, especially in Seoul is so frustrating and getting out of control. People are just not caring enough. I love how people are just not even wearing masks anymore. Literally, the day Kaden and I went to get our health check, we saw about 6 people not wearing masks. With all that going on and my children having to take antibiotics cause of the runny nose

Creating a #Montessori #Environment in our home
There are so many aspects to the #montessori method that for me, it was hard to even know where to start. I felt overwhelmed with all of the information that was available to me. I knew I wanted to create the environment for my children but always just ended up creating a “study room” or a “studying area” for them. It was never solely for the purpose of “Montessori” activities
